Please welcome Sophie Level to the BEC search recruiting team. Sophie joined BEC in November 2020 after spending over 2 years at Quantum Health as a Patient Service Representative and Team Lead. During her time with Quantum she developed excellent customer service skills to help others navigate the world of health insurance. After a year she was promoted to a Team Lead where she managed escalated issues and assisted in the development of others. Sophie Graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Psychology and completed her MBA from Ashland University with a specialization in healthcare.
