Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates (BEC Search) is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Gullion as Medline’s Director of Marketing, Vascular Access, a newly created role to launch the Vascular Access Division within Dynacor, Medline’s largest manufacturing division. At the direction of Medline, BEC Search led the retained engagement recruiting process for this position, which is responsible for growing Medline’s Vascular Access product line (CVC catheters and insertion bundles) through collaboration with sales, new product development and enhanced customer engagement.

Ms. Gullion joined Medline in December 2018 from Cardinal Health, a Fortune 20 organization, where she spent 12 years applying her product development, marketing, sales, and operations expertise, in addition to leading cross divisional and functional teams across diverse areas such as wound care, orthopedics, and anesthesia. Prior to Cardinal Health, Gullion spent four years in a start-up division within Stryker focusing on developing and commercializing state-of-the art technology for patients in Orthopedics, ENT, Neuro, Trauma and Spine.

BEC Search Vice President and Principal, Ted Coss, and Executive Recruiting Manager, Jon Denny, partnered with Julie Madsen Murphy, Medline’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and Medline Dynacor Division President, Amanda Laabs, on this retained search.

We offer Caroline our hearty congratulations and wish her the best in her exciting new role.
