At BEC, we believe in practicing what you preach. So, when we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as some of our key values, we demonstrate active engagement in this effort.

We provide clients with a diverse candidate pool based upon our proprietary Direct Recruiting Outsourcing (DRO) advantage. This approach has yielded unparalleled results in the Biotechnology search arena. Recently, we partnered with a leading rare disease growth pharmaceutical company to help them expand their commercial organization. By implementing DRO and working closely with their leadership, we were able to successfully place a team in which 36% of the individuals were ethnically diverse. We view this as a major success in our efforts to promote diversity in the Life Sciences industry.
