Team Spotlight: Celebrating Our Team and Their Impact

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Sarah Bedell, a dedicated and inspiring member of our BEC team. This year, her commitment to both our clients and the community has been truly remarkable.

With over three years of experience at BEC, Sarah has been an invaluable asset, whether leading major projects for pharmaceutical clients, securing consistent placements for medical device partners, or working alongside Ted Coss and Jon Denny on retained executive searches. She consistently demonstrates both industry expertise and a genuine dedication to candidate satisfaction.

Outside of work, Sarah’s heart for service knows no bounds. This year alone, she traveled to Cambodia with One 17 International to support a mission focused on building and operating schools for students without access to education and the gospel. She also just ran the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and continues to lend her time and energy to causes close to her heart, including church, education, and health and wellness initiatives.
