Tish Coss is a recruiting and project coordinator at BEC Search, supporting executive search initiatives across life sciences and healthcare organizations. Since joining BEC in 2017, she has played a key role in ensuring search processes run efficiently, timelines are met, and both clients and candidates experience a high level of communication and coordination throughout engagements.
Prior to BEC, Tish spent several years in leadership roles within the mortgage banking industry, where she led teams in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment. That experience shaped her strengths in effective communication, organization, resilience, and results-driven execution—skills she now applies to executive search project coordination and recruiting support.
In her role, Tish partners closely with consultants, recruiters, and clients to manage search logistics, support recruiting workflows, and maintain momentum across multiple executive search projects. Her unrelenting drive and attention to detail help ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for BEC’s clients.
