Jason joined BEC in March 2022 after a year with a Fortune 500 company, Total Quality Logistics, and nearly 2 years at Unified Residential Management. He advanced his customer service, negotiation, and external sales abilities while at TQL – later stepping into a Trainee Captain leadership role to facilitate success of new Logistics Account Executives. To pivot with the pandemic in 2020, Jason was hired as a Leasing Consultant for Unified Residential Management and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager after 8 months, further refining his abilities in leadership and developing relationships. He graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Communications specializing in Media Arts.
