Jan is a certified career and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in the biotech industry, including a 5-year focus on learning and skill development at Genentech. With a background in various peer leadership roles, she excels at bringing teams together to accomplish shared goals that support the greater organization. Driven by a passion for amplifying others and accelerating impact, Jan strives to help individuals and teams understand their strengths and unlock their full potential. She is a collaborative and fun loving leader who uses her curiosity to build connections and inspire others to see their endless possibilities. Jan is certifi ed in both the Clifton Strengths and You Map methodologies, and her core competencies include talent development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. She has a history of consistently exceeding goals and has a proven track record of success, including a key role in launching a second access and reimbursement site, co-leading the team that won a Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Genentech’s AI Learning Strategy, and instituting a leadership cohort program to ensure the success of new leaders.
