Rich joined Buckman Enochs Coss in 2021 with seven years of recruiting experience, including four years as a Lead Recruiter in Talent Acquisition. Throughout his career, Rich has developed a strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with his team to meet objectives. His passion for delivering top talent and his dedication to going above and beyond to drive results make him an invaluable asset to BEC and our clients.
Rich holds a diploma in Sport Exercise Science from Loughborough College in the UK. His educational background and extensive experience in recruitment equip him with a unique perspective and skill set that benefit his clients and candidates alike.
Rich currently resides in Tampa, FL, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs while enjoying the outdoors.
