Brooke Orsini is an executive search recruiter at Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates (BEC) with a strong passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities. She believes meaningful career matches are the foundation of long-term success for both individuals and organizations.
Brooke joined BEC in November 2019 after spending a year with the Columbus Blue Jackets, where she worked as a Ticket Sales Consultant and Account Specialist. In that role, she sharpened her sales, relationship-building, and client management skills, earning a promotion to the partial plan account team. These experiences continue to inform her thoughtful, people-first approach to recruiting.
At BEC, Brooke supports executive search efforts across life sciences and healthcare organizations, partnering with candidates and clients to ensure strong alignment between talent, role, and culture.
Brooke earned a BA in Business Administration and Sport Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team. She currently resides in the Columbus, Ohio area with her husband and dog. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
