Beth is a Sales Development Representative at BEC Search, supporting executive search and Direct Recruiting Outsourcing® (DRO) initiatives across the life sciences and healthcare industries. Since joining BEC in 2024, she has played a key role in helping the team connect with senior leaders and decision-makers to support retained executive search engagements.
In her role, Beth partners closely with BEC consultants to strengthen outreach efforts, build relationships with industry leaders, and support business development across life sciences and healthcare organizations.
Beth is a graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through a variety of outdoor activities.
