Prior to joining Buckman Enochs Coss in 1999, Jon gained five years of diversified recruiting experience with a national staffing firm and with respected educational institutions. He specializes in placing C-level candidates in the medical, surgical, medical device, diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries. Jon has also driven significant expansions of national sales teams.

As Executive Recruiting Manager, he is responsible for hiring and managing our Associate Recruiters. Jon has the distinction of having chalked up more than $3.5 million in recruitment billings during his career. He holds a BFA Degree from Ohio Northern University.
