Sophie recently rejoined the BEC team, bringing with her a fresh perspective gained from the past year exploring a different area of executive search. Her expanded expertise in retained search complements her long-standing passion for the life sciences and healthcare sectors, where she continues to connect top-tier talent with industry-leading organizations.
Before transitioning into recruiting, Sophie worked at Quantum Health, where she guided individuals through the complexities of healthcare benefits. A proud Columbus, Ohio native, she earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and went on to complete her MBA in Healthcare Administration.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with her husband, embracing life as a new mom, and visiting with friends and family.
