Sarah’s passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their career goals makes her an exceptional recruiter. Since joining BEC in 2021, she has been promoted to Senior Recruiter and Associate Recruiter Manager.
Sarah oversees Executive Search efforts for small, medium, and large U.S. and global life sciences, pharmaceutical, specialty, and biotechnology companies across various business and functional areas, including all commercial and clinical operations. She applies her expertise to client and candidate relationship management, business development, and more.
Before joining BEC, Sarah worked at OhioHealth as an Exercise Physiologist in corporate wellness for two years. Her experience in developing and leading health and wellness programs for partner employers provided a strong foundation for her recruitment career. She truly enjoys interacting with people and listens to understand the needs of everyone involved.
Sarah graduated from Otterbein University with a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Outside of work, she is a personal trainer, coaches high school track and field, and is a very involved with her church. You can also find her running around the Columbus trails and bike paths, the neighborhood pickleball courts, and local coffee shops.
