Sarah is a Senior Recruiter and Associate Recruiter Manager at BEC Search, known for her ability to build strong relationships and guide candidates and clients through complex executive search engagements. Since joining BEC in 2021, she has quickly advanced into leadership, reflecting both her performance and her commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Sarah leads executive search initiatives for small, mid-sized, and global organizations across the life sciences, pharmaceutical, specialty, and biotechnology sectors. Her work spans commercial and clinical functions, where she partners closely with clients on talent strategy, candidate assessment, relationship management, and business development.
Prior to BEC, Sarah worked at OhioHealth as an Exercise Physiologist in corporate wellness, where she designed and led health and wellness programs for employer partners. This experience sharpened her ability to listen deeply, understand individual goals, and support long-term success—skills she now brings to her recruiting work.
Sarah holds a BS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Otterbein University. Outside of work, she is a certified personal trainer, high school track and field coach, and active church volunteer. She enjoys staying active around Columbus—whether on local trails, pickleball courts, or at neighborhood coffee shops.
