Steve Enochs, CEO and President P: (614) 825-6215 X104 email: senochs@becsearch.com Steve founded Buckman Enochs Coss and Associates in 1979 after a successful career in medical sales management. He is one of the few owners of a search enterprise who has viewed the employment business from the hiring side of the equation. This perspective has enabled our company to grow around the understanding that the hiring manager and the hiring organization are our customers, and that we will do whatever it takes to assist them in the talent acquisition process. Steve was a pioneer in initiating national sales force expansions, and many of the proven principles our company adheres to today were formulated under his leadership. He works only on exclusive assignments with emerging pharmaceutical and medical companies. More than 70 percent of the searches he spearheads for these firms involve vice president- or director-level positions. In his 30 years in business, Steve has served on the boards of numerous industry organizations and has been instrumental in helping start-up companies grow into national leaders. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

His consulting and recruiting services are informed by uncommonly keen executive search instincts and a rich store of professional experience. Over the 18-year span of his recruiting career, Ted has successfully completed countless searches for top-caliber vice presidents of sales, sales managers and sales representatives. Many of these candidates have been high-impact market movers who contributed very tangibly to the success of their global companies. Prior to joining Buckman Enochs Coss, Ted served as an Executive Recruiter for Robert Half International. He earned a BS Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Medical, surgical and pharmaceutical candidates are his specialties. As Executive Recruiting Manager, he is responsible for hiring and managing our Associate Recruiters. Jon has the distinction of having chalked up more than $2 million in recruitment billings during his career. He holds a BFA Degree from Ohio Northern University.

He attributes a large measure of his success to staying in close touch with client needs. He travels to trade shows to meet candidates and to learn first-hand exactly what individuals and companies are looking for. Scott graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA Degree in Journalism before joining us in 2000.

He focuses primarily on start-up companies in the OR/surgical device arena, with specific interest in the vascular/interventional cardiology/cathlab specialty. Among other achievements, Joe has placed about 30% of the hospital/surgical sales force for one biologic/pharmaceutical organization over the past three years, and has participated in large-scale expansions with some of the most successful start-up device companies in the industry. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, and has completed the Xerox Sales Training Program.
